Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers. Under 16 viewers must use the Pharos Code LLC sites under adult supervision.

Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Pharos Code will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
